How do I delete my Maposcope account?

If you wish to delete your Maposcope account, including all stored personally identifiable information, follow the steps below:

You can delete your account in app, or via www

Delete account in app:
1. Login to your account
2. Tap menu
3. Tap email (in the top)
4. Tap Delete account
5. Press Delete
6. Enter your account email

Delete specific user account via www:
1. Sign in to your account on Maposcope.com
2. Select Team members
3. Select User to delete - press menu on the right side of user name (three dots)
4. Press Delete member

Delete account via www:
Please contact with us by contact form https://maposcope.com/contact/

Upon deleting your account, the following will happen:
- All routes, uploads, signatures and photos will be deleted
- Your Maposcope Access subscription will be immediately canceled†

• No refunds will be issued.
  
  † If your Maposcope Access plan was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel your subscription via Apple or Google or you will continue to be charged.
